FreeHentai respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice following the procedure below.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice
To be effective, your notice must include all of the following information (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material (URL on FreeHentai) and reasonably sufficient information to permit us to locate it.
- Your contact information: full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Where to Send the Notice

Notices that omit required information may be ignored or returned for completion.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your full legal name, address, telephone, and email. Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
4. Repeat Infringers
FreeHentai terminates accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.
5. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or that material was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees. Please consult an attorney before filing if you are uncertain.
6. Other Jurisdictions
